      Activation code came back from Rosetta Stone as not being valid. Got a refund but wouldn't but from.

      We contacted Rosetta Stone with the Case ID 09113044. The activation code was temporarily suspended since it was not activated for a long time after being purchased from Rosetta Stone. However, once we provided the order information, they gave us an alternative activation code. We told the buyer to contact us or Rosetta Stone before returning it, but it didn't happen. The product is available for use without any issues, as confirmed by Rosetta Stone. Therefore, this feedback is not accurate.
