Wrong product sent to me. Resolution is smaller. I received a Dell 2417H which is 1920x1080 .... I ordered the Dell U2415 (1920x1200) to match what I already have. Seller gave me the option of keeping the one that was sent to me by mistake or adjust the price to match the product I actually received. It took less than 24 hours to resolve and I am VERY HAPPY!

Item unfortunately arrived damaged however packaging was pretty good besides that. The actual monitor was in great shape with no visible damage besides the part that got hit in shipping, I could tell it had also been cleanend before being shipped which is nice. I sent them a description and some pictures of the damage and the refunded me the $75 within a day or two and I don't even have to deal with shipping the monitor back! Overall pretty good experience even though it was broken.

Shipping was quick (there was a minor delay but I believe that was due to UPS and not the seller) and the monitor arrived well packaged and in working condition. As stated in the description, there were a few very minor scratches in the plastic housing/stand, but the screen itself was in perfect working order. If there was room on my desk (and another port on my computer) for another monitor, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another from this seller.
