He has free shipping on most all of his auction stuff and all of a sudden he charges me 16.99 shipping for one Jewel ,I asked for forgiveness and not to have to take the bid or renegotiate the shipping cost and he wouldn't even communicate with me ,and made me accept it on eBay knowing that I was not happy and already connected with him to relieve me from obligation. It was a one penny item that cost me $18.02 when it arrives I will ask for a refund anyway ! Probably not buying more . Not Good
