Item arrived and was, generally speaking, in the condition described. Ended up using the unit for about a week before it had connectivity issues and one of the cameras became unresponsive. Talked to V-Tech support to no avail, so I initiated a return with the seller after some communication. Return was smooth with no issues noted. Hope to do business with in the future.

Sellers didn’t add apt number so it was returned to sender. Seller kept denying it was returned even though post office told me it was returned for 3 weeks he I told seller I wanted the flat iron and will wait until he receive it back. All the time the seller had the product but was avoiding a new shipping price. He claimed he will sell me another pair for 30 and no shipping but in the end switch the comparable pair to less one. Please avoid sellers
