Unfortunately the bag that was sold is not authentic. First, if you use Google Lens on the unique Tumi Tag #, it's not unique but you can find multiple hits of bags sold in China with the same number. Second, I went to a Tumi store for verification and they also confirmed that it's not authentic. I also went through Tumi customer service online where you can send a copy of your Tumi Tag in which I got an e-mail saying it's inauthentic. Seller is responsive, but is claiming it's from an outlet.
