Found this unlocked mini on Ebay and the unit looked like it just came out of the factory. Since the unit is unlocked you can use any carriers card without getting locked up in a contract Wifi works well and has reasonable speed for a small unit plenty of storage with a 32gb hard drive Good value and price very happy with unit

Generally very solid build quality and highly attractive fit and finish, relying on thin but strong glass painted in either black or silver, plus an aluminum rear shell. Runs virtually all of the over 700,000 apps in Apple’s App Store, including the 250,000 designed for full-sized IPads. Includes a 7.9” screen that looks as good as the IPad 2’s, and IPad2-like run times, while weighing around half as much as Apple’s full-sized tablets. Users will find either landscape or portrait keyboard size to be nearly ideal for virtual typing—easier than on full IPads or IPhones. Available in the same capacities and LTE cellular ... Pros: A smaller and much easier to carry sequel to the IPad2, benefiting from newer industrial design elements and technologies introduced in the fifth-generation iPod touch. Wonderful product!
I love it! It didn't come with the SIM card installed, so that has been a bit of a hassle, but oath wise it is great! I also have the 64 GB IPad with retina display, but no cellular. I love the mini because of how much lighter it is and how much easier it will be to take everywhere.
