    The Fixx - Walkabout

    This release is a must have for true Fixx fans . It shows a deeper side of the Fixx in both complexity and diversity . This album explores spiritual and emotional areas of Life , and shines a light on the musical ability of this wonderful group . Although this band has not been a force to reckon with since the prime period of the 1980's , thanks to the music industry which blacklisted groups from the 1980's throughout the 1990's , this release shows why the success of the previous albums hit the charts as they did . This particular recording finds the Fixx exploring religion, philosophy, and good old fashioned rock and roll stylings in composition and form ! I bought this cd because I am a true Fixx fan , and any true fan will find this cd is essential to their collection . From the pop ...

    A Band for the Times

    THe reason for purchasing The Fixx music speaks for itself. It outlasts the time it was recorded. It has intricate musical mathematics which keeps the ears locked. And, the words strike at you, especially in these "extreme" times. Many of their songs strike an ominous chord with their Lyrics, which is more striking now, than when they were written. I have about half of what they have released. Would highly recommend this CD to anyone, and I'm 55. If you haven't given this Band a chance to make it to your Collection, then you are seriously missing out.

    For Fixx fans only.

    I'm a huge fan of The Fixx, so I like this album. It's not my favorite Fixx album, but it will do. If you're not a fan, you probably won't like it. As far as the condition of the CD and jewel case goes, it was in excellent shape. For me, it was a good purchase. For most, it wouldn't be worth the 20+ dollars I paid for it.
