In this follow-up to the 1996 movie PARADISE LOST: THE CHILD MURDERS AT ROBIN HOOD HILLS, which investigated the true story of the brutal murders of three eight-year-old boys in Robin Hood Falls (an area of West Memphis, Arkansas), director Joe Berlinger returns to the same small town (without Bruce Sinofsky, his co-director of the first film) four years after the crime to examine its short-term impact. Originally released on HBO in early 2000, PARADISE LOST 2: REVELATIONS was screened in combination with a re-release of the original, PARADISE LOST: THE CHILD MURDERS AT ROBIN HOOD HILLS. The theatrical releases of these movies was in response to public outcry, much of which was generated by a web site at www.wm3.org that lobbied for public recognition of the crime and the questionable accusation, arrest, and conviction of three local teenagers.Berlinger and Sinofsky created yet another effective crime documentary in 1992 with their film BROTHER'S KEEPER.

Paradise Lost 2: Revelations True Story/Crime
What a great way to see if justice preveals? Was this a modern witch hunt? What you review in Paradise Lost Childhood murders at Robinhood Hills, well it may make you think that justice has prevailed, but when you see part 2, a delayed extension of part 1, you would have to see that this case shows that not all cases are solved. I believed I had it figured out by watching part one, but when I seen part 2, I realized just how unfair our justice department can be. I can not state whether or not if justice has really prevailed, but I can say that with the questions left unanswered and unknown, one would have to believe that this case should be reviewed and a new trial should occur with all the new evidence. I can not get over the unfairness of the courts decisions, yet I am totally engulfed in wondering what will happen next, and will there ever be any justice for the 6 young boys.. the 3 that lost their lives so early and the other 3 that are losing more of their lives everyday.

I love documentaries! When I saw the first Paradise Lost I loved watching it!~Even though I felt those 3 young men were wrongfully accused! When I saw the second one was available I grabbed the opportunity! I would highly recommend this DVD to anyone!~The 3 young men possibly wrongfully accused of murder & one of the small boys step father possibly knowing what really happened also being known as a shady person as well a compulsive liar!~I could easily think the stepfather knows more than what hes telling! I definately think Paradise Lost 2:Revelations is worth getting! I hope theres a 3rd one of this DVD!I love documentaries! Revelations is the second part of the Paradise Lost documentary. It provides more interviews with the wrongly accused that have picked up the name "The West Memphis Three." It also shows how the first film created worldwide support of these three. There are interviews with the group that started a website that has posted just about every bit of evidence available. www.wm3.org. Unfortunately, this film also shows the huge hurdles they face in trying to clear their names in a justice system that is severely flawed.
