Description stated, shade not included, light not working. Did not declare the to back of the meter a major part of the body was missing and not included. He stated that it had a coin drawer in the back and show a picture of the drawer, partway open with the back off. The fact that he could not declare it missing lead buyer to believe it was there. have he marked it missing nobody would’ve bought this. Seller refuses to do anything ! Lie of omission !

All listing photos clearly showed the item without the back plate. The photos clearly showed it was not included. Buyer was given the option to return the item for a refund of the purchase price. Buyer did not return item.
