This item was shipped fully functional and working when shipped. We offered the buyer a full refund or to open a case. The buyer opted the refund, so we fully refunded the buyer when the item was shipped back. When the item arrived back, it was no longer fully functional as it was shipped. The buyer noted they had opened and used the item before the return and then proceeded to leave a negative review when they realized we would not allow the buyer to keep the item and receive a refund.
