Received everything that was shown. In good condition and operational. However, they didn't ship the item until I messaged them 3 days later to ship it or cancel it. Also, the GoPro case was wrapped in an old beach towel inside the box it was shipped in. I got what I wanted but this company seriously lacks in the customer service and customer appreciation department.
