These items said NWT in the title and "NWOT never worn" in the description. They arrived with a white substance that thankfully came out when washed. They also showed snagging in the butt area of one pair that would have come from sitting on a rough surface when worn. For the price, they will be ok but, they were not in the condition that was promised in the description and title. Definitely had been worn.
