Let me start by saying if I could leave 0 stars I would.. I received my backpack in a plastic shipping bag with no protection on the inside of backpack or in the shipping bag. This should have been shipped in a box to prevent this damage. The bag is completely ruined and I have tried contacting the seller numerous times to resolve with refund or new product with no prevail. They offered no help and had no care about customer satisfaction. I do not recommend this seller to anyone!!
