Ich habe ein tolles Teil bei diesem Verkäufer gekauft. Dies war aus Glas und hatte einen langen Weg bis nach Deutschland bewältigen müssen. Es kam leider beschädigt an was mich sehr traurig gemacht hat, da ich mich so sehr darauf gefreut habe. Die Verpackung war für diese Reise gut gemeint, aber leider nicht ausreichend. Der Verkäufer hat jedoch ohne weiteres die Reklamation akzeptiert und das Geld wurde mir samt der Transport und Einfuhr- Kosten zurück überwiesen. Danke.
