Hat is of the quality I expected. It came pretty beat up, but it's not the seller's fault. They did an extraordinary job of insulating and protecting the hat, but even the best of precautions can be thwarted by shipping and mailing companies.

It came from China and when I tried to return it, return shipping was about $100. It shouldn’t say it accepts returns if it cost that much to return it because they know you’re not going to return it and then they just get to keep your money. Its not right.
