Windows 11 was activated when I finished the final part of the installation process using my Microsoft account. One 3.5" HDD bay. I wanted the VGA video output on this PC as I have several VGA monitors. One thing, the date and time kept resetting; I replaced the dead BIOS and the problem was cured. Otherwise as ordered and a very good price.
