It took 3 weeks to get from Ontario, Canada to the US and then to rural Alaska, but it was never lost, there was never a real problem, it was slowly moving through the system. The seller "heard" me at a point when I said it was too soon to offer a refund, I'm so glad that he waited. That he was conscientious about wanting to do the right thing if it had been lost was honorable for sure. 5 Star positive!!!!!
