Main photo shows 2 different combs (one good for wool and one good for cashmere) - one of the combs in photo is Laundress brand comb. What I received were two of the same unbranded combs - no Laundress comb. The listing is misleading. I contacted the seller, and they were responsive and very nice, and offered to send me a label and refund me. But I am still left feeling like I was mislead on this purchase. Buyers will not be receiving the Laundress comb.

It was the best price I could find compared to the other options and was the exact same as shown in the images in a near picture perfect appearance. Was delivered by an Amazon truck not one day after purchase, and delivered way before it was expected to be delivered! Fantastic seller! Will buy from them again if I need something! I highly recommend! Probably drop shipping at work but that’s more than acceptable!

They informed me to cancel the order and they would let me know when they got more that were not damaged. Class A company!!!
