      Size runs a bit large

      I have issues with my feet and this is one of the brands my doctor recommended. I typically wear a size 9/9.5 so I ordered a 9 (40) thinking I would be safe. I did look at several reviews prior to ordering and most people said "true to size." Some said if your feet are wide, go up a size. My feet are not wide or narrow. I got my shoes and they are a bit too big and much too wide. They felt sloppy as I walked. Thankfully I have a friend who tried them on (she wears a size 10 & has wide feet) and they fit her great. She bought them from me for what I paid so I'm not out any money and didn't have to go through the hassle of returning them. I simply ordered a size smaller (39). Still waiting on those so I can not talk about their fit yet.
