I had to open up a case with Ebay only to be given the tracking number today. The trainers have been sat at our RM depot for several days. Royal Mail tried to deliver the package but the customer wasn't in. In regards to communication as soon as I heard from the buyer I responded straight away so not really sure what other communication the buyer is referring to.

Whether or not it came apart in transit I’ll never know. Fortunately I have been able to secure it back into its original position so it has not affected the piece. Apart from this little issue the figure is in good condition, clean and was dispatched in good time. So overall it was a good transaction for a fair price. Would happily buy again from this seller.
