Seller claims the product was shipped with "good packaging" and gave a partial refund ($5/book) for the damages, but I am still disappointed with the condition of my products. A bubble envelope would've prevented this damage and would not have increased costs of overseas shipping by much. Maybe look for a seller that ships local

    Helpful but a lot of Hostage negotiations references

    There are quite a few golden nuggets of wisdom in the book to assist you in business negotiations. just like its title. I just wish there were more business examples and less hostage negotiation tactics and examples.. but well worth a read.
