Of course it arrived destroyed. The seller denied any responsibility & blamed the USPS. He denied denied denied responsibility and told me to take it up with USPS. They would deny the claim in a second if they saw the packaging. Sellers like this are destroying eBay, while so many hard working businesses bend over backwards to assure their customers are happy. We certainly did not drop it off with any dents in it (what the buyer showed). Still, we would have just sent her another if she asked or tried to make it up to her, but as you see, she just yelled.
