    Received item quickly, well packaged, and once I found the correct instructions, I could reset the unit and use it as it was designed. Its unfortunate that the included instructions only provide basic info and don't explain how to reset the unit back to the default state. The manufacturer has 8 YouTube tutorial videos that explain how to operate the USB device. I think it would be helpful if the seller would link these into the description. Otherwise, happy with purchase at a good price.

    Perfect

    This works fine after I repaired one of the antennae inputs with a pliers--I should have looked more carefully at the back panel photo. It was a GREAT price but two knobs missing and BNC connector damaged. This is used in a church so things don't get changed very often. I have to really look at the pictures in the future. Item was not misrepresented.
