I like it, even compared to my 60csx
This 62st works just a bit different from my 60csx but it only takes a couple of minutes to learn the differences and then I found it easier to use. The 100k topo maps are more than enough for my needs as an active hiker and kayaker. I really like that the power on/off button is located on the side than on the top. Without the carabiner clip attached I found the contoured case of the 62st easier to hold than the 60csx, even with my big hands the 60csx will slip about as I try to operate the functions, this 62st much more stable to hold - that can make a big difference especially with wet/slippery hands. Bought this GPS for an upcoming hunting trip to Illinois. At first was a little hard to understand how to use it. But with the online full owners manual. It helped me to understand it better than with the quick version. The more I use it the easier it is to understand how the functions work. From the use in and around locally it gets me within feet of the saved location. Buy 60 CSx if you can. Otherwise you have no choice but the 62
it's best since the 60CSx that has been discontinued. It's much more confusing to save a track than the 60 CSx.
