I had to contact seller to see what the issue was with the delay of shipping after label was created a week earlier. Seller had to buy a cable for the computer but description said "new" without OS/HDD. Packaging was sub par. Box was flimsy and there was little to no padding around the computer. A box was used to keep it tight in the package.
