      With my experience waiting for this item, this is valid. It wasn't shipped for over a month. I had to contact seller to see what the issue was with the delay of shipping after label was created a week earlier. Seller had to buy a cable for the computer but description said "new" without OS/HDD. Packaging was sub par. Box was flimsy and there was little to no padding around the computer. A box was used to keep it tight in the package. For all of this, I am kicking myself for paying what I did.

      All correct, except where you imply you contacted first. Kept you in the loop since beginning, option to cancel and refund was always there. You never asked. Item was new open box, like listed. Packaging is recycled, it's cheaper and better for the earth. Sounds like item arrived to you just fine, or I'm sure you would have mentioned that as well.
