Although it as completely beyond seller's control, he spent considerable effort with USPS to try to resolve the problem, all to no avail. It did arrive, eventually, much to our joint relief. Very happy with my purchase and buying experience. Not so much with USPS. Recommend seller in the highest terms.

    You just don’t see this any more! I ordered a bobblehead for my grandson’s birthday. He shipped it immediately, but the package was lost. He felt terrible about this and immediately issued a refund. Hey, things happen. He was gracious and remedied the situation pleasantly and quickly.
