Yes I did get a refund but that’s not what I wanted. I wanted the scoop that I searched for and finally found the exact one I wanted. In the end I got a lame excuse and a refund. So now I search for it again and hope the next seller sells me what he is saying he really has. I couldn’t be more disappointed

The two tall knobs on the LA501W were getting wear on them too,, so near being damaged! I messaged the seller, seller has ignored me.
