Seller did not accept returns and after messaging the seller, seller requested pictures. Uhh..... Hello?!?! With the same phone available for the same price in better condition I felt a partial refund would be acceptable. After cleaning it oder still presits. Not sure how that smell got through QA if there is one

There were no instructions of what to do or how to build. I sent a note to seller as for instructions and they didn't respond, hence the downgrade. Shipping was quick, packaging was good, good value. Not as described since it was just parts. I kept the Milwaukee drill and used a cheap Ryobi instead once I found YouTube videos showing how to build the horn.
