The seller was amazing with a prompt response and willingness to facilitate a return of the issue was with the printer. A new power adapter was bought and the photos printed out beautifully. IWill definitely buy with this seller again! Great value for a used item and the packaging was very good, so the product was intact when the box showed obvious signs of damage during shipping.
