Excellent customer service. Item forwarded to USPS immediately. But then pkg got caught up in USPS quagmire for several days. NOT Ebay vendor's fault.The device seems to track steps accurately but when I go for long walks the exposed reset button must get accidentally hit. Too sensitive for my style of wearing. I hope to be able to figure it out otherwise it will be useless to me.

    Pay more and get more

    This is a cheaply made product. We requested specific colors, but got 3 BLACK pedometers. One was dropped or bonked by my son (an accident) and afterwards the panel still displayed all zeros but no longer counted. Took it apart but nothing could be done to fix it, had to toss it. Recommend paying a little more and getting better quality pedometers. Would make a good cheap gift for a business, but other than that I wouldn't recommend buying them for long term use.

    Not The Size Seen On Ebay

    The item comes in a very small box, is so small. I thought it must be a play, toy pedometer. Very tiny. Extremely shocked at the real size of item in person versus the photo on eBay. Size 3x3 1/4x1 inch, looks like a toy item.

    Waist clip insufficient

    THe product counter was fine, my only issue is that it kept falling off, the waistline clip wasn't enough. Lost it the first day and after finding it, it fell off again so I don't dare use it much.
