Chinese knock-off fits and works just fine and is exactly like the original, except for the color. I hope it lasts longer than the year and a half the last knock-off did, the handle pulled right off the hose breaking the wires, so it could not be repaired. These hoses aren't cheap and it's sad that we just can't get any real Electrolux parts anymore. The original lasted 30 years, they don't make these knock-off out of that same durable rubber! It arrived fast, but a day after FedEx claimed A++++

The hose does not twist around freely as my original Electrolux hose did. And the place where it attaches to the next pole section is stuck and almost impossible to separate. So I just leave them together permanently now. It's cumbersome to use this way, but at least it works to keep this great old vacuum working. Another case of, "they just don't make things like they use to".
