We were always tripping over the heavy wooden doggie steps we'd had for ages and had the bruises to prove it. We were pleasantly surprised at the density of the foam used to fashion our new stylish doggie steps and the lack of bruises they afforded us even if we did bump into them. Great stairs!
The removable cover is a very nice material. The foam is sturdy but lightweight. My Papillion is getting old and just had surgery, so these are great for him. Good price too!
