This seller is wonderful. I purchased these stairs for my cat, and unfortunately he passed away before he could use them. I contacted the seller to see if they could stop shipment, and they couldn’t, but that’s okay. They responded quickly and the stairs arrived quickly too. I can’t return them because of eBay policy making it cost prohibitive, so I’ll find a way to pay them forward for another ailing pet in my neighborhood.
