Item was not as described or pictured, arrived broken with a tape arm missing. Seller claimed in the ad that he was to use canada post but then went a cheaper route to save money with chit chat that I the seller already paid for. When confronted and asked for a partial refund, he did not want to negotiate and so I had to get ebay to step in. Very unfortunate considering the refund was only 7 dollars. Not impressed.
