    Good Reading!

    I ordered this to keep from paying the full price from the bottle of $12.95. I wanted to read all the way that apple cider vinegar could be used. So far it has been very interesting to read how vinegar can be used so many ways to keep us healthy. I haven't made the drink yet, planning to try it soon. Also there's some humorous things inside that adds to the good reading experience.

    Too many advertisements

    Too many advertisements promoting the company products and not enough content regarding the vinegars positive uses. I was quite disappointed actually. I got just as much info online without spending the money on the book. Go read at Barnes and Noble before you make a decision to buy.

    A miracle for me the way it healed my throat and glands.

    I have never read this book, but I did order the ACV. For the past year I have had pus bags on my throat and swollen glands. I have taken bottle after bottle of prescription antibiotics and gargled salt water, peroxide and nothing worked! I read online about using this specific brand of ACV for gargling. I bought it, used it and it removed the pus bags and my swollen glands are normal size again. I use it once a day now, to prevent a reoccurance. This stuff is a miracle for me. I am contemplating taking it internally now on a daily basis because of how it cured my throat and glands.It works!

    It gave me several useful ideas. With all of the chemicals in food today, I am trying to eat more organic. I also learned about how the water in our homes is bad, because of chemicals.

    Apple Cider Vinegar for all that ails you

    ACV cures many things, it is just showing us we have stepped away from what is healthy for us. Alot of the ailments are vitamin deficiencies etc. We love to eat whats not good for us but it tastes good, what tastes bad is better. I do my ACV with apple juice and a little honey, it really hides the taste. If you can stomach it chug it. I am 50 and am not on any prescription drugs, I drink lots of water everyday, I started drinking water, using less salt etc over 10 yrs ago. Because I did not and do not want to be as many old people are....on drugs. I eat out rarely, I cook all meals as close to scratch as I can get with todays means of food. I recommend all people to get on a ACV diet, for health and weight. Many want to lose weight and ACV is proven for that, (I am a size 10 at 50).I drink ...
