This is not correct. The client ordered on Jan 31 and immediate started yelling at us in all CAPS on Jan 31 and again on Feb 2 threatened to cancel before we even had a chance to work with her. We were out of the country for a couple days and replied upon return. We did not refuse to ship and we did not refuse to communicate. We quickly canceled the order and refunded the amount as we really didn't think this was a healthy start to a good client/seller relationship. We wish her all the best.
