    The Best Book of BBQ I Have Seen Yet!!!

    I am a collector of BBQ Recipes--rubs and sauces; hard woods, coal or gas fires, and cookbooks. The first Better Homes and Gardens BBQ Cookbook was probably the best in its time--which was comprehensive in looking at the equipment, precautions, setting time tables for all the different kinds of meat and other items that would be cooked, as well as its recipes. I think all BBQ lovers, who are cookbook collectors (over 550+ cookbooks and over 1 million recipes--not from these cookbooks), want to find the secrets to all BBQ recipes from around the world. In America, it would be the regions: the Carolinas, Memphis, Kansas City, Texas--and Hawaii where I live, and every place in between.
