    Old West Baking Book

    This book covers many of the old baking practices and recipes that were used when the West was being settled. It also includes some very interesting history of many of the foods that are shown in the book as a recipe. There were also tidbits about the cowboy life on the trail with the chuckwagons. Great book on these vintage foods, easy reading, interesting history learnings of that era. I can't wait to fire up my Dutch oven and sample up some authentic grub.

    The books are a good size for packing in the cook tote. They have concise instructions and a lot of tips for using and caring for your cast iron pans
