Great Asset to those students of Anatomy

This book is the "Cliff Notes" to Anatomy and Physiology. It will be of a great value to anybody studying these subjects. It does take some work ,and assorted colored markers are the way to do it. Don't make the mistake of using Crayons or Pencils.

  • This book should be in "EVER-ONES" library....!

Easy to use, extremely helpful, a must have for the sports mined individual. This is a necessity for the body building weight lifter in the family.... Again, this author has the best set of books available to you at a more than reasonable price. Don't screw around trying to figure out what muscle is doing what while you exercise, just look it up once in here and you will wonder why you have not had this book all of your life...!

  • Greatest book ever!

I am taking weight lifting classes at my university and I have recently become extremely interested in strength training and the science behind it. I found this book at a local bookstore and I was impressed by the amazingly well-detailed diagrams and pictures. All of the muscle groups are named as well as which ones are used for various exercises. Although I am already familiar with all of the exercises mentioned in this book, I still found the information quite interesting and useful. I decided to purchase Strength Training Anatomy on the internet because I felt the $25 bookstore price tag to be a bit steep at the time. I got a much better deal through eBay and I am now 100% satisfied with my purchase. If you are interested in strength training, want to know more about the human ...

  • The title clearly demonstrates the contents of the book

Although, I haven't completed an in-depth study of the book, I have scanned the material and found it to be helpful in my pursuit as a personal trainer. I have been a certified personal trainer for almost ten years and continue to collect educational materials to better help my clients. Each client has a particular need that may be very different from another client. The book identifies musculature groups connected to a particular movement. The detailed graphic help illustrate the movements and provide cautionary measures for improper form. The book also provides guidance and safety protocol for each particular exercise.

  • great book with useful information

Great book with concise and useful information. Very detailed photographs explaining and demonstrating the particular muscle group for each exercise. Great buy!
