The seller wraps controller in a bubble wrap envelope and ships in another so for PSP's that seems to hold up to any shipping that is done. The psp which I ordered came in a normal condition, the box was just a bit messy other than that the quality was just like in the images, and the value is okay as well. The appearance was also okay just like in the image. Overall nothing bad.

Communication was proper in the end, but before purchase seller was unreachable. Good experience overall (:
