    Quality and reliability.

    For training, I use a heavier tube, or a 75gr for speed work, and 55 gr for TTs (and a 140gr Supersonic tire.) I have yet to flat on the lightest combination. The vulcanization at the valve never fails. Unfortunately, Sand Spurs will puncture. I have used Continental tires and tubes for 57 years; I am 81! And I will ride two TTs September 28!

    Mixed bag - great ride, but losing air

    Mixed bag on this product - Ride is great and they are very light. But two oft first three lose air after the ride is complete. Not giving up on them yet and have ordered afew more to try

    Continental=Quality

    Great tubes. Well made, when inflated outside of a tire it inflated equally and evenly throughout the entire tube. Weight isn't quite what they advertise, a little heavier according to my scale. But still lighter and better quality than the regular tubes the shops carry. Running them inside a folding 23c Gatorskin, on a H+Son Archetype rim with only veloplugs for the nipple holes and nothing for the valve stem hole. Absolutely no problems! A little bit of baby powder on the tube helped with installation. Been happy for hundreds of miles! And they don't leak out air as fast as some lightweight tubes. Definitely worth it.

    Lighter Is Better

    This is a Continental Race Light Tube. It is a few gram lighter than the regular tube. I believe lighter is better. The way to beat a flat tire is with quality Continental tires.

    Hard to beat Continental IMO

    So far so great. Light weight yet butyl material making them resilient. The 42mm valves are perfect length. They hold air well. The ride feels really nice combined with my Continental GP 4000 tires. A over all really good product.
