    Historical romances with a touch of magic and humor

    Karen Hawkins books are historical romances with some humor involved. I read And the Bride Wore Plaid before I realized that it was in the middle of the Talisman series. Then I had to go back, buy them and read them in order! The talisman ring guides the men in the family to the women that they will love. It's not easy though, as these men do not want to marry! There are funny parts and serious parts, with a magical ring making its way through all of them. Read them in order: 1. An Affair to Remember ; 2. Confessions of a Scoundrel ; 3. How to Treat a Lady ; 4. And the Bride Wore Plaid (fairy tale aspects to this one!) ; 5. Lady in Red.

    Superb Romance

    Great writer! Knows how to tell a story of romance without the "huffing & puffing" every other page...leaves you a sigh and a smile. If you love romance, then I highly recommend this author's books.

    How to Treat a lady by Karen Hawkins

    I love Karen Hawkins. This series is particularly enjoyable. This book was erotic and fun. A good tale.
