Arrived much later than estimated delivery date. I contacted the seller after 10 days and was told that they have no control over carrier and shipping was a bit later than estimated date. I was told to be patient. After waiting another week , seller said Item was located and it was delivered after another week Although apparently never used, with tags and original box, items were dusty, old and elastic & Velcro deteriorated. It can not be secure in place. Worthless to return due to ship cost.
