    Donna Farhi's Yoga Mind, Body and Spirit

    I love Donna Farhi, she has a real understanding and complete adoration for yoga. She embodies what yoga is truly about and stays true to the original nature. The western world often bastardizes anything and everything, specially if originating from Eastern culture, but this book does not fall subject to such bastardization. Great for beginners, including pictures of correct poses as well as the incorrect poses often confused when beginning yoga. Wonderful reference guide for any yoga student, but if you are looking for more advances poses, try elsewhere.
