Item arrived in good timing. Packaged nicely with wrapped tissue paper. Book was in great shape. This book has some good recipes that show some of what the Amish cooking. The book also has a few recipes that you would see just your normal household consumed. I was expecting recipes that show how the Amish cook without your everyday accessories. The book actually is made with using everyday items that most household would commonly have. It is a enjoyable book that I am adding to my collection.
