Although listed as a previously "Opened" item, I would never have known had it not been for the vendor's description. The rangefinder arrived in better-than-expected condition and was well packaged. The unit was priced right and worked flawlessly right out of the box. Communication was excellent start to finish and the unit arrived on time. I highly recommend this vendor and would readily purchase from him again.

    Well worth the money

I have been shooting a strap release for years and was hesitant to try a finger held thumb release. I am glad I did finally try one. It provides a more consistent anchor point and has improved my accuracy. The quality is very good for my use (hunting). My experience is that it helps to make a practice release with para-cord and a loop so that you get use to how the release feels.

Sour Taste! I think I Bought A Lemon!

The third time (day) I used this product my bow mis-fired and the product fell from my hand to the floor and broke. I have used the four finger Edge in the past and never, never ever had this problem. All the other releases in the past were durable and reliable. The e-bay release while cheaper in price failed to stand-up to reasonable wear.

  • Somewhat

My review is somewhat in the middle. I would say borrow one first before buying. I've shot a buckle release for years. I struggle still shooting the thumb release because I shot a trigger release since I started bow hunting. I do like the 4 finger edge, but it's taking some getting use to. And you have to be careful not to let go of it.

  • Great release, easy to use. Love the pivoting head.

This is a great release for those who want thumb activated release with dual calipers. Now warning, however: like all these releases, the adjustment for tension on the release is dangerous. if you try to soften the pressure it takes to release, you are actually loosening the pressure that holds the calipers together. Loosen too much and the calipers will separate on draw resulting in an accidental release and a bloody nose. My suggestion is don't try to soften the release pressure.

  • Tru-Fire 4 finger release

I've had some mis-fire issues... Needs to be adjusted-to sensitive out of the box.. U-tube has a good DIY video on adjusting the sensitivity....
