    A Little Disappointed in this Book

    I bought this book after my husband had a heart attack and was put on a low salt diet. Some of the recipes are ok and can be worked with, but several of them were downright awful, and use ingredients not easy to find in any local grocery store. I think I could have done just as well going online and finding recipes there without buying a whole book of them and then only being able to use a few of them. It does have some helpful information on low salt cooking but overall I bought alot of unusable recipes here. It may be low salt but it has to taste good enough to eat!!

    Great no salt or low salt cook book some nice basic recipes for everyone

    This looks like a great cook book I will be using it lot there lot of basic recipes that are use every day life with no salt or low salt just my diet needs to get heart healthy!

    Sodium free cook book

    I decided to buy this item because I've recently become limited to 2000 mg of sodium per day. I checked this book out of my local library recently and discovered it was perfect for what I needed. My book arrived reasonably quickly and is just what I need. I use the book 4 or 5 days per week so far picking recipes to cook healthier. My wife is thrilled with the results, my kids not so much. I look forward to many years of making use of the book for as long as everyone tolerates me cooking in the kitchen.
