"This is a really interesting and ambitious book with remarkably strange, and quite imaginative, recipes." -- T. Susan Chang, WRSI.com, Cookbooks for Dinner Blog & Boston Globe/NPR Food Writer "Includes details on the origin of each recipe and is broken up into engaging, fan-centric chapters." -- HollywoodChicago.com "This cookbook is one of the most detailed and well-researched niche books I've ever read. • I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!

This book is awesome! I've made nearly a dozen meals using it and NONE have let me down! It's got recipes such as Baratheon boar ribs, night's watch onion soup, and even littlefinger's lamprey pie!!!It's organized into breakfasts, appetizers main courses and it even has beer recipes if you brew beer! You can also search dishes by region in the back of the book. If you're a big Game of Thrones fan and you like to cook...you'll love this book! I plan on making a huge feast for the season 4 finale!!!

  • Worth the money

The book is very well made, no glue is sticking out. Hard covers. The recepies I haven't tried yet but they seem alright. Every recepie has a citation from the book which inspired it, it is marked from which book and chapter the citation is so you can find it for yourself. There is always a word of wisdom after the recepie, useful advice. It came very quickly, well packaged. Would recommend this book to any GoT/ASoIaF fan.

  • Much to difficult. This is not suited for an American kitchen

Expensive and odd ingredients. This is find for the UK or Europe. Definitely not for an average American’s kitchen. Also, a lot of the recipes are similar to some things we in America already make, but the recipes make them more difficult! Unless you have a lot of free time, and are not on a limited budget you might like it. I didn’t.

  • Feast! (without the threat!)

Fun read, as if the ingredients from Westeros and the Seven Kingdoms were actually available! Easily adaptable recipes that will bring a smile to anyone who has read the books.
