      I love wound thirds.

      Can’t explain why I like wound thirds, but that’s just me. These strings are the only strings I will put on my Gretchen Hollowbody. Tried some Ernie Balls years ago. They were on for only a week and I switched back.

      Great Electric Strings for an Acoustic Player

      The best strings for electric guitars IMHO. I play mainly acoustic and these heavier than normal gauge strings make me feel right at home.

      Very nice

      Very nice strings. I like to switch up strings on occasions. I like a change every once in awhile. But when i change i want it to be good. D'addario always has well made strings. Last time i changed i actually wound up sticking with those strings for good. It was the 11's on my Jag. Now it's 11"s with wound 3rd. Very nice.

      None better.

      I ordered these strings for all my hollow and semi-hollow guitars. They are the perfect size with a wound third string. Really brought out mellow tones and are a 100% improvement. I am glad i decided to try these. I recommend them to anyone who plays a jazz guitar too. So much better tone both low and high. They do what they are supposed to do.
